The JDWZZ3414 is a high-performance MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) that integrates both gyroscope and accelerometer functionalities. The gyroscope offers a wide measurement range of ±4000°/s with zero bias stability as low as ≤30°/h, while the accelerometer provides ±30g range with zero bias stability down to ≤0.5mg. Available in three performance levels, it features excellent scale factor characteristics (gyro nonlinearity ≤100ppm) and comprehensive temperature compensation. The module’s integrated design includes sensors, microprocessor, and power management in a compact, potted package, with a fast sampling rate of 2.5ms and power consumption of ≤0.2W.
