The BJTB20CJ01 is a single-axis quartz MEMS accelerometer designed for high-reliability inertial measurement applications. It features a self-developed flexible quartz MEMS sensing structure, low power consumption, compact size, and robust digital output. The device is encapsulated using an LCC ceramic package and is fully localized and independently controllable. Precision calibration ensures stable performance under various conditions.
