The ZQXXSZMSS series modules integrate single or dual quadrant silicon PIN photodiodes with built-in pre-amplifier circuits. These modules perform “optical-electrical-signal amplification” conversion by amplifying weak current signals and converting them into voltage output signals, making them ideal for precise laser beam detection and positioning applications.
