These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of inertial navigation, guidance, and control system products from GNC Technologies. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotations & Orders
Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and specifications.
Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of signed purchase order and initial payment as specified in the quotation. All orders are subject to acceptance.
Minimum Order
No minimum order quantity for catalog products. Custom development projects are quoted on a per-project basis.
Payment Terms
STANDARD ORDERS
50% Advance
50% deposit upon order confirmation, balance before shipment (T/T)
REPEAT CUSTOMERS
Net 30
Established customers may qualify for Net 30 payment terms upon credit approval
Delivery & Shipping
- → Lead times vary by product (typically 4-12 weeks for standard items)
- → Shipping terms: EXW or FOB China port (as agreed)
- → International shipping via DHL, FedEx, or sea freight
- → Import duties and taxes are buyer's responsibility
Warranty
12-Month Limited Warranty
All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from date of shipment. Warranty covers repair or replacement at our discretion. Excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, or operation outside specifications.
